The Semarak Jejak Kata Kreatif will enliven the City of Semarang through community events on May 19-21 2023. Located in the Old City Area of Semarang, several events that will be present to enliven them include the Talkshow, Semarang Night Carnival, Indonesian Creative Words Discussion Forum, Orchestral Performances, Performances Performing Arts, Fashion Shows, Local Market Meet Up, Business Meetings, Creative Economy Coaching, live cooking, watching movies together, and exhibitions of creative economy products.

One of the parties who were also happy about this event was the MSME community who were invited. The MSMEs who attended also invited as many as 109 cities/regions from within and outside the province of Central Java.

For example, Firman Setyaji, CEO of Bengok Craft, one of the representatives from Semarang Regency.

“We as a local business are very glad and vibrant of course with a series of entertainment events for the people of Semarang and its surroundings, we can help each other because this event is a advantageous event for many parties,” said Firman.

“Besides us, the visitors also benefit because this event offers lots of promos and discounts for every purchase of creative economy products,” said Firman.

Apart from shopping for MSME products, visitors can also meet well-known figures who will also attend this event, such as Sandiaga Uno as Menparekraf and Ganjar Pranowo as Governor of Central Java.

The opening of the 2023 Creative Footsteps is planned to be held on Friday night (19/05/2023) starting at 19.00 WIB at the Marba Building intersection featuring the Semarang Night Carnival and Orchestral Performance.

The agenda for the second and third days will be enlivened with music & dance performances, talk shows & coaching, creative creative culinary live cooking, and creative creative product exhibitions.

The entire series of activities will take place at several points in the Old City of Semarang, namely the Marba Building, Oudetrap, Creative Hub, and Garuda Park intersections.

Visitors can enjoy this event for free.

With this lively event, it is hoped that it can boost the potential of the local economy in the Central Java region and its surroundings.
