Bengok Craft always develops by participating in various kinds of training and competitions. One of them is the Indonesia Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) Action Awards 2022. This competition is organized by the Ministry of National Development Planning/Bappenas which opened on Friday, 12 August 2022.
Minister of National Development Planning/Bappenas, Suharso Monoarfa, said that this award is a form of government appreciation to parties who have shown their best performance in the form of concrete actions that have an impact in supporting the achievement of sustainable development targets.
Bengok Craft is one of the 5 SMEs that has passed stage 2 after following the registration selection and stage 1. The next stage that Bengok Craft must pass is the interview stage. This interview stage will be held on 2 November 2022 at 12.35 – 13.05 local time at the Avenzel Hotel and Convention Cibubur. As for available online via zoom if it is not possible to come.
The peak event of Indonesia’s SDGs Action Awards will take place in December 2022. This award itself is actually divided into 7 groups, namely ministries/agencies, provincial governments, civil society organizations, media, universities, youth organizations, and MSME owners.
The Deputy of Maritime Affairs and Natural Resources of the Ministry of National Development Planning/Bappenas who is also the Head of the Sustainable Development Goals (TPB/SDGs) Implementation Team, Josaphat Rizal Primana said of course the winners chosen were the result of an assessment of commitment, qualitative performance, and quantitative performance or best practice which of course has also implemented sustainable development. According to UNDP, The Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), also known as the Global Goals, were adopted by the United Nations in 2015 as a universal call to action to end poverty, protect the planet, and ensure that by 2030 all people enjoy peace and prosperity.
