The Kabupaten Semarang Expo (Kasmex) 2022 or Semarang Regency Expo 2022 is present to enliven visitors at the Field of Great Commander (Pangsar) Jenderal Soedirman Ambarawa, Semarang Regency from 19-24 October 2022. The opening of this event was carried out directly by the Governor of Central Java Ganjar Pranowo and the Regent of Semarang Regency Ngesti Nugraha.

This event presents a series of activities such as band parades, Small-Medium Enterprise (SME) Talk shows, Community Performances, Coffee Brewing Competitions, Reog Art Performances, Kuda Lumping (Flat Horse) Art Performances, Campur Sari, Coloring Competitions, Artist and Musician Performances, SME Product Expos, and many more.

For the EXPO of SME products, Semarang Regency presents various SME clusters from handicrafts, batik, arts, food and beverages, snacks, and much more.

Bengok Craft is one of the SMEs in Semarang Regency that participates in Kasmex 2022. It showcases various and eye-catching creations such as Bengok Slippers, Bengok Totebag, Bengok Book, and Bengok Home Decor.

Firman Setyaji as the owner of Bengok Craft told the Bengok Craft Copywriter team (10/22) that Kasmex 2022 really supports SMEs to recover and bounce back due to the Covid-19 outbreak.

“The implementation of Kasmex 2022 has an impact on increasing visitors at MSME booths, our booth also has many visitors who are interested and purchase our products,” Firman added.

Kasmex 2022 is running lively, of course with the support of the Semarang Regency Government and related institutions. In addition, it is also supported by the private TV stations, namely MNC which also presents well-known artists and musicians in the event titled “Kilau Raya MNC 31” and RCTI titled “I Love RCTI”.

The artists and musicians who attended included Farel Prayoga, Republik Band, Ambyar Squad, Trio Macan, Inul Daratista, Via Vallen, and many more. The highlight of the event will be tomorrow, October 24, 2022.
