The Indonesian University Alumni Association (ILUNI UI) participated in commemorating the Youth Pledge Day, which falls on October 28, 2022, which will come. Commemorating the 94th anniversary of the Youth Pledge, its party, the ILUNI FISIP UI from Faculty of Social and Political Sciences, held National Discussion Forum through a webinar on the Role of Youth in National Development in the VUCA era (Volatility, Uncertainty, Complexity, Ambiguity)

In this era of disruption, the role of youth is increasingly being asked. They should be expected to have a greater role in building the nation.

ILUNI UI will invite several speakers in this discussion forum, one of which was Firman Setyaji, Founder of Bengok Craft. Firman Setyaji will share his experience in building Bengok Craft as a manifestation of the youth’s role in better national development.

This is very related, considering that Firman is an alumnus of the University of Indonesia majoring in Criminology and is willing to return to his area to build a sustainable economy that benefits many parties, including local communities.

“As an alumnus of the University of Indonesia, I am very proud to be an alumnus who always tries to bring a positive impact on the local community,” said Firman to the Bengok Craft Copywriting Team on (10/19)

The event which is attended by University of Indonesia students and alumni will be held on Friday, October 28, 2022 at 13:30-16:00 local time via online Zoom Meeting. For more information, you can reach out to Instagram @iluni.ui.
