SEMARANG, Suaramerdeka.com – The Directorate General of General Legal Administration (DG AHU) of the Ministry of Law and Human Rights encourages Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) to be promoted.

Staff of the Public Relations Division of the Directorate General of AHU, Letianingtyas said his party wanted to contribute to the development of the sector by opening services at the Innovative and Creative MSME exhibition.

The exhibition is part of the 2022 Semarang Old Town Festival. This festival will be held face-to-face again after previously being absent due to the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic.

We also encourage MSMEs to develop by facilitating the registration of individual companies directly,” said Letianingtyas after the opening of the exhibition at the Weeskamer Building, Semarang Old Town area, Thursday 15 September 2022.

Individual Company is a legal entity Limited Liability Company derived from the Job Creation Act as an initiative of the Directorate General of AHU to create ease of doing business for MSME businessmen by providing business legality.

In addition, the Directorate General of AHU also presents several other services, such as Association, Notary, Citizenship, Citizenship, and Apostille services, during the exhibition. This exhibition aims to revive the Indonesian economy by presenting innovative and creative products from SMEs.

On the other hand, the existence of this exhibition is considered important to support and promote MSME products, especially in the city of Semarang and its surroundings.

Moreover, this exhibition is held in the Kota Lama area, which is a cultural icon of Semarang City as well as a center for tourist activities that have historical value.

 “This convenient registration of individual companies is expected to be used by business actors to register their businesses as legal entities,” she said.
