The Central Java SME Cooperative Training Center officially opened the training on the Internal Control System and Water Hyacinth at the same time in Semarang, Monday (8/8/2022). The opening of the training was attended by the Head of the Central Java Cooperative & MSME Service, Ema Rachmawati and the Head of the Central Java Province SME Cooperative Training Center, Hatta Hatnansya Yunus.

“Participants will be taught how to make creative products from water hyacinth raw materials. This product carries the concept of a Green Economy that does not damage the environment. SPI participants can find out how to have qualified internal control,” said Ema during her opening speech.

In addition, the speakers are also expected to collaborate with participants to add products that could be exported.

“Mr. Firman as the speaker in this training, his products have been exported to Japan, who knows later there will be collaboration with the participants to sell their products to Japan,” said Hatta during his speech.

Water hyacinth training was carried out for 5 days. All participants are targeted to be able to make about 90 products during the training.

The Internal Control System is very important for internal cooperatives, especially in the institutional arrangement of cooperatives, so that obstacles such as unregistered members, miscalculated financial recording systems, not having SOP/SOM, never compiling RAT, do not happen again. Then it is hoped that cooperatives can start digitizing their internal and financial systems.
