Five (5) small-medium enterprises (SMEs) participated in Mentoring of Talent Sourcing Initiatives. The selected SMEs are from craft industries, including Bengok Craft, Mahar Nikah Kediri, tanganDia, Loyang Custom Palembang, and Kailoka.

Conducted on 8 March 2022, The mentoring allowed participants to present the Business Plan and consult 1-on-1 via Zoom. The mentor who was present to facilitate them was a craft entrepreneur from Salatiga who has been successful and experienced in running the ceramic business, namely CEO of Naruna Ceramic. In addition to providing comments on the five SMEs, Mr. Roy Wibisono also gave tips and feedback so that businesses could develop more efficiently in the current pandemic era.

Talent Sourcing Initiatives is a Digital Creative Entrepreneur (DCE) powered by Telkomsel. It invites SMEs to participate in several series of programs to optimize their businesses, such as workshops, Intimate Sessions, one-on-one Private Mentoring, and Virtual Exhibition. The categories of SMEs that can join are FnB (food & beverage), fashion (clothing), and craft.
This program aims to optimize the potential of the SME sectors through intensive coaching that is integrated with Telkomsel’s ecosystem and infrastructure.
